You may well be wondering if I survived my first week on the diet? Well I had a few slip ups. mostly because its just been a horrendous week and I felt too tired to spend ages in the kitchen preparing food, but I think that overall I did fine. Even when I wasn't particularly good I still made some effort by sharing something with Andy or by having a smaller portion, which is a huge achievement for me.
I will find out tonight whether it has been enough!

Baby steps!!! Are you going to WW, or some kind of plan like that??? It's soooo difficult to loose even an ounce for me...so....I feel your pain!!!
Good Job!!! Its all about Baby Steps. I've taken to drinking more water and limiting myself to 1 glass a pop a day. I used to drink at least 5. Every little bit helps.
Remember what I say on my blog..."if you hear it twice"...well...you've heard "baby steps" twice from your buddies!!! PERSEVERANCE is the key...remind me of that, please!!!
